Before you embark on a 90 day challenge be sure to spend some time not only declaring your goals but also spend a little time envisioning exactly how you will feel once you obtain them… Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between make believe and reality all it can do is work off of your thoughts… what you focus on the most will imprint itself on your subconscious… and it is your subconscious mind that determines your results…

Here is what I intend on accomplishing throughout my 90 Day Challenge:

90 Day Challenge Health Goals:
- Gain 20lbs of Muscle
- reduce Body Fat to 10%
Here is how I intend on hitting these goals. I will workout every second day focusing on different body parts for a short but very intense workout designed to take my target muscle to positive momentary muscular failure thereby forcing new muscle growth…I will space my workouts out and not repeat the same muscle group for a period of 9 days to ensure adequate muscular recovery and to take full advantage of their anabolic state during the days after a properly intensified workout. I will follow my workouts to a tee and be sure to increase my production each and every time forcing new muscle growth and thereby increasing my daily calorie burn to reduce my fat storage. I will ONLY use the Visalus products to give my body every advantage. Although I am well versed in other muscle building supplements for this challenge I will use Only the Vi Shake, Vi Pack, Go and Pro. (and the odd Nutra Cookie of course
)
My starting measurements as of January 5th are
weight: 151.21lbs
Body Fat: 20.9%
Fat Weight: 31.61
Lean Mass: 119.61
90 Day Challenge Business Goals:
- Hit the top position in my company’s compensation plan (Visalus Ambassador)
Here is how I intend on hitting this goal… (For the record I am currently a Regional Director with business volume of roughly 35,000 monthly. I love marketing online so I will be doing a combination of offline and online tactics. Here is a rough draft of my daily activities…
- Contact the remaining people I know and find out if my business is a fit or not
- Follow 20 MLM Leaders daily on Twitter
- Read/Comment and Re-Tweet 10 MLM/Marketing or Health related blogs (linking back to my blog)

- Initiate 10 conversations on Facebook ever day (using a non pushy relationship building method)
- Email my list every single day (My Online Newsletter List I’m talking about)
- 1 Hour of Personal Mindset work
- Afformations (the art of writing down Affirmation in the form of Questions ~ “Why am I so Rich” you’ll be amazed how your mind will work to answer the questions you leave it)
- Support my team daily and all local challenge parties
- Create 2 pieces of web content daily and syndicate
- Place daily Craigslist ads. (done very strategically to pre-qualify prospects)
- Go for 20 No’s EVERY SINGLE DAY **This being the most crucial step**
