Make sure you start with the end in mind… what I mean by this is be 100% certain you know what you expect to accomplish during your 90 day challenge or for each day of your life for that matter. Many people want to be successful yet they don’t have clearly defined goals that they can measure their activity against.

The first step is decide where you want to go… That way you can break them down into smaller actionable bite size steps to make sure you are moving in the right direction.

How to Create Online Video

A lot of people ask me how I create my cool slide-show style videos. Well.. today I am going to share with you exactly what I use to Create these online videos so that you can too!

I absolutely love a little killer web video service called Animoto. It’s my Video secret weapon. It allows me to load up as many photos as I want in a sort of slide show  fashion and then automatically turns them into a flashy, super cool video with the soundtrack of your choosing.

They have a few different service levels. To create videos that are only 30 seconds long It’s completely FREE! This is how i first started using Animoto. But after awhile I wanted to make them longer… so I upgraded for $30 for the year.(a More then Fair Price) This gives me the ability to create an unlimited number of videos that are longer than 30 seconds…

Once you create your video with the click of a button you can create an instant remix which will render a brand new video mixed completely diffferently. At anytime you can login to your account and change the way it looks, add or delete photos, change the soundtrack, reorder your photos, Add a little bit of text at the end and even One touch Upload to Youtube.

To appreciate the real power of this service though I download the MP4 file so that i can put it into my video editing program, that way I can add text through out the video and personalize it or add some sales copy or just my website.

If you simply download the web ready video file it can be a little bit unclear so what I will do is when I make a video that I really like I will pay Animoto $5 which then allows me the ability to download a high res copy that I can then download and edit for a much cleaner and sharper looking video. I don’t do this for all the videos just the odd one that I really like and want to use for my marketing.

Below I am going to show you the difference between the Low Res and the High Res versions of the same Video.

and Here is the same Video After I Paid for the High Res. Version, downloaded it, edited and then re-uploaded to Youtube.
