Fitness Challenge Day 2

Just a quick Fitness Challenge update…

Today is day 2 of my Body and Life Transformation…. In fact it is Midnight at the end of a successful 2 days.  I think i made it through the hardest part already.. I always find the first few days difficult because it is so easy to say.. “Oh… I’ll just start tomorrow… It’s just ONE more day”  but of course that starting day just gets moved back further and further one day at a time…So i guess the lesson to be learned is START NOW!!

I wanted to add a couple figures to the Start of my Program…

  • Weight 151 lbs
  • 19% Body Fat
  • Blood Pressure  130/76 with Heart Rate of 65

The reason I want to document these stats is because they are the ones I am most concerned with changing over the course of this challenge. I will be sure to update the figures throughout the 90 days and post them here…
